Overview
Shredded chicken and fire is a traditional dish in Shanghai that tests your knife skills. This dish is made with Jinhua ham, shredded chicken, shredded Kaiyang and dried tofu. It uses stock and shredded ham, shredded chicken and Kaiyang to make it fresh. The dried shreds absorb enough of the fresh juice. Every bite is satisfying, rich in nutrients, and extremely delicious.

Prepare dried tofu, washed green vegetables, shredded cooked chicken, and ham. Wash them with warm water and add rice wine. Wash them thoroughly and add rice wine
