Fish in oil
Overview
Growing up, I usually ate braised fish. Yesterday I went to my BF’s sister’s house and ate a dish of fish topped with oil. I couldn’t help but try it myself. It tasted delicious, with a tender texture, and the sauce and vinegar dish was so delicious!

Carp is slaughtered and washed

Add cold water to the pot, add sliced ginger, garlic, and green onions

Make a few cuts on the fish body, apply some salt, and after the water boils, put the fish in the pot and cook

Shred onion and ginger, cut coriander into sections

When the fish is cooked, take it out and put it on a plate

Mix chicken essence, soy sauce and vinegar, pour it on the fish, and put onion and ginger shreds

Wash the pot, add oil to the hot pot, heat the oil, add a few peppercorns, and stir-fry

Pour hot oil on the coriander, and with the sizzling sound, the fragrance comes out. Finally, sprinkle some white sesame seeds
