Clean up the small fish. The fish is very thin and there is no need to remove the internal organs, but there are fish scales on the outside. Remove the fish scales and sprinkle soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder, salt, ginger shreds, green onions and salt inside. Put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
