Overview
In our hometown, hairy crabs are not eaten steamed. More people cut it into pieces, fry it and then braise it with cooking wine and soy sauce. Compared with steaming, this braised method makes the hairy crabs more attractive. What’s more, the pork belly is added to the dish, which is the finishing touch. It’s very fragrant and flavourful. At the Spring Festival family banquet, this roasted hairy crab is more tempting than the steamed crab.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add a little salad oil to the pot, then add the pork belly to the pot and stir out the oil.
