Soak red mushroom powder in hot water. Cut potatoes into small pieces and set aside

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces and taut with hot water and set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken pieces and stir-fry

Add chili pepper when the surface of the chicken pieces turns slightly brown. Ginger slices. Scallions. Star anise. cinnamon

Stir fry briefly and add salt. Soy sauce. Cooking wine.

Add potatoes and red mushrooms and continue stir-frying.

Stir fry for about two minutes and add water or stock. Cover the chicken legs and trim them

Stew for about half an hour and add the soaked wide noodles.

Turn frequently. Prevent the noodles from sticking to the pan. When the wide noodles are cooked, add MSG and it's ready to serve.
