Lemon Pork Knuckle
Overview
This lemon pig's trotters is paired with pickled lemons, scallops, sour chilies, and sour ginger. It is a specialty dish of Nanning, Guangxi. Most people will use these four ingredients to make lemon duck. In fact, it is also very delicious when used to stir-fry pork knuckles. It is sour and spicy, not greasy at all

Wash the sour lemon, sour scallops, sour ginger, and sour lemon and cut them into small pieces

Wash the pig's trotters and chop into small pieces

Put it into a pot and boil the bleeding water, skim off the blood foam and cook for 15 minutes

Remove and rinse

Heat a pan over medium heat, add an appropriate amount of oil, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add pork knuckles and stir-fry for a while

Add pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry until brown

Pour in water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Try to see if it is soft enough
