Braised kelp
Overview
After watching the braised vegetables we had been eating for a few days, my child told me that braised kelp is actually quite delicious. The child said it was delicious, so we had to give it a try, so we picked up the dried seaweed. I like to use warm water when washing dried kelp. Firstly, it will dry out quickly, and secondly, it feels cleaner after washing. Braised it is even more casual, just mix in the home spices and soy sauce. The delicious braised kelp is so gorgeous.

Prepare all ingredients.

Soak the kelp in warm water and wash it.
