Rainbow cake
Overview
The colorful rainbow is a beautiful scenery after the rain! When I was a child, I thought that we could often see rainbows in summer. I don’t know if it’s because of the air quality now, or because as I grow older, I rarely pay attention to this beautiful scenery! Then make it and keep it at home...

Steps
-
Clean the mold and let it dry. All materials are ready
-
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 15 minutes! Pour milk, sugar and corn oil into a clean mixing bowl and beat until emulsified
-
Add three egg yolks and mix evenly, then sift in the flour, use a manual egg beater to make zigzag shapes, and mix the batter evenly until there are no flour particles. Set it aside for later use
-
Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with a whisk until it becomes bubble-like. Start adding the first sugar
-
After beating the egg whites until they form texture, add sugar for the second time
-
When the whisk forms a soft triangular hook, add the remaining sugar and beat until the whisk forms a firm vertical triangle. When the egg whites are fine, smooth and shiny, it is in a hard foaming state! That’s it
-
Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk paste in three batches and mix evenly. Use the stirring technique to stir, remember not to make circles!
-
Divide the stirred egg batter into five equal portions, and add two drops of coloring of your favorite color to each portion
-
Stir each portion evenly, pour it into the mold and shake it lightly, then bake it in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes
-
Immediately after baking, take out the cake, shake it lightly and then turn it upside down to cool, then unmold and start decorating
-
Add whipped cream to the cake base, layer by layer. You can also add fruits as you like
