  1. Prepare pizza crust ingredients: 2 grams of dry yeast, 90 ml (90 grams) of warm milk, 150 grams of flour, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Dissolve warm milk into dry yeast until melted and stir evenly. Mix with flour, sugar and salt to form a dough. You can also put everything you want to add directly into the flour, and then pour in the milk. Stir into dough. (Remind everyone, I used double the amount, which is 300 grams of flour, and the other amounts will be doubled accordingly)

  2. Knead 10 grams of varnish into the dough. Melt all the varnish into the dough. The temperature of your hands and surface is enough to melt the varnish. No special melting is required. The dough after kneading will be softer than before. Place in the oven and ferment for 1 hour.

Ingredients for preparing pizza sauce: 1/4 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 15 grams of olive oil (can use butter instead), 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 3 tablespoons of water, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/8 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of pizza grass. Chop the onion and garlic (it’s better to chop more finely), heat the wok, add olives and butter, stir-fry the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant (the color is slightly yellow); add tomato sauce, water, sugar, salt, black pepper, and pizza grass according to the amount, bring to a boil and turn off the heat to make pizza sauce;

  9. Take out the rested dough and roll it into a round shape. Place it on the pizza pan to rest for 10 minutes. After the rest is complete, push the pizza pan to fill it with your hands to form a pie. Pay attention to pushing the edges of the pie up, and use a toothpick to prick the top; (a fork is also acceptable)

  10. Spread the pizza juice on the dough (no need to spread on the edges). After smearing, spread some shredded cheese, about 30-40 grams is enough;

  12. Add a photo of the bacon laid out. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the pizza in the middle and lower racks of the oven. Heat it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes and then take it out. The temperature of the oven should be adjusted according to the firepower of your own oven. I have baked it in my oven at 190 degrees and 200 degrees, and they are almost the same.

  13. Baking...the color is getting darker! After 15 minutes, spread the remaining cheese on the pizza, then put it in the oven. After about 5 minutes, the cheese shreds will melt away, and it's ready to go!
