Prepare ingredients.

Cut the lamb into slices.

After cutting, wash it four to five times in clean water. Add starch and cooking wine, grab it with your hands and wash it clean, repeat 2 times.

Drain off the water, add appropriate amounts of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine starch and mix well, then add a small amount of oil and mix well.

Peel the oranges and cut into small slices. Cut green and red peppers.
