Braised tofu with minced pork and pickled vegetables
Overview
When I was a child, my father often made pickled vegetables and tofu, and mixed the soup with some rice. It was very fragrant. Now that I have grown up, I often think back to this dish made by my father and my father.

Cut the tofu into appropriate size pieces, wash the pickles with repeated changes of water, mince the garlic and millet separately

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add tofu and cook for one minute, remove and control the water and set aside

Heat the pan, add the oil and stir-fry the minced garlic and millet over low heat until fragrant

Add minced meat and stir-fry until fragrant

Add pickles and stir-fry until fragrant

Add tofu and stir-fry

Add an appropriate amount of water, add light soy sauce and pepper to taste, cook for about 10 minutes until the soup thickens and it is ready to serve
