I've been a picky eater since I was a child. I won't eat any of the food I don't like, and my parents can't do anything about it. When I was cooking and paying more attention to health, I would change the dishes I didn't like one by one. For example, white radish is good to eat in winter, so I started to think about big white radish... Unexpectedly, the effect is not bad... O(∩_∩)O Hahahaha~~ I love white radish! ╮(╯▽╰)╭

Peel the white radish, wash and cut into equal length segments;

Place a chopstick on each side of the white radish and make a few cuts horizontally and vertically. I cut it thicker, a little finer would be better.

Steam the cut white radish in a pot. Add the cooking wine to the minced meat and mix well, then mix well with the mushrooms, cucumber, spicy millet, ginger, garlic, green onion, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and salt and set aside. When the white radish is almost cooked, boil the stock in the pot and add some salt and set aside.

Arrange the steamed white radish into a flower shape, then stack another one on top, also into a flower shape, and pour the stock on the white radish. If there is no stock, just boil some water, add oyster sauce and light soy sauce, boil it and pour it on the white radish instead of stock.
