Korean grilled pork belly

Speaking of Korean representative food, what is your favorite? BuBu and I would call grilled pork belly without even thinking~ But when we bought the pork belly and grilled it at home, the taste was still a little bit different~ Then we tried this recipe of marinated grilled pork belly~ The taste is so authentic~ It’s not inferior to the grilled pork belly in Korean barbecue restaurants~ So when juju was making it for his family, he took this short video to share with everyone~

Peel pears, onions, ginger and garlic and cut into small pieces

Put it in a blender and blend into puree

Pour the sauce prepared in step 2 into the sliced pork belly, then add green onions, sugar, soy sauce, honey, pepper, sesame oil and chili powder

Finally, pour in the Korean chili sauce and stir evenly

Seal well and marinate in the refrigerator for more than 30 minutes

Adjust the heat to medium, put the pork belly on top and grill it piece by piece, or you can pour it all in and stir-fry together. Please note that because the pork belly is stained with a lot of ingredients, it will burn easily, so be careful when grilling
