Grilled Pork Ribs with Tomato Sauce

After cleaning the ribs, add water, add ginger slices, green onions and cooking wine and blanch them.

Wash the blanched pork ribs.

Pour in the washed pork ribs and fry over medium heat until fragrant. Flip in the middle until the skin is slightly yellow.

Add 30 grams of tomato sauce, 20 grams of sugar, 5 grams of salt, and water and mix evenly.

There is no need to remove the fried ribs from the pan. Pour the sauce prepared above into the pan and add about 5 grams of dark soy sauce for color. The amount of juice required will depend on the pot, usually enough to cover the ribs.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer until the ribs are tender. Remove from the pan when the juice is reduced and garnish with chopped green onions.
