Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs
Overview
Moderately sweet and sour, not greasy or greasy, the taste is rich and delicate, and you won't feel any of the seasonings are obtrusive. The color is sugar-thin, neither thick nor light, suitable for both men and women of all ages. When you cook at home, you are actually not as particular as in a restaurant. Steps
-
Cut the ribs into small pieces, add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, stir well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Heat the oil in a pan (you can add a little more oil). When the oil is 80% hot, add the marinated ribs and fry until the ribs turn brown. Remove and leave the oil in the pan.
-
Heat the oil pan slightly, add half a bowl of water and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar (it's better if there is broth), bring to a boil, then add white sugar and brown sugar, and cook over low heat until it becomes thick. Stir constantly with chopsticks while cooking to prevent the sugar from sticking to the pan. Change to medium heat, pour in the ribs, and let the ribs be evenly coated with the sweet and sour sauce. Stir constantly while doing so. Pour in 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce and 5 grams of salt, stir-fry, and finally add chicken essence and serve.
