Steps
-
Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine, select the dough setting program, wait until the dough is mixed and then turn off the machine
-
Take out the dough and put it in a basin to ferment naturally
-
Wait until doubled in size, cover with plastic wrap or plastic bag
-
Put it in the refrigerator, adjust to 2 degrees, and ferment overnight. You can put it in in the morning during the day and use it at night
-
In the morning, take out the risen dough, place it on a greased pizza pan, deflate it, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for twenty minutes
-
Take it out and roll it out on a chopping board into a circle the size of a pizza pan
-
Place it on the pizza pan and arrange it slightly thin in the middle
-
Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of the pancake to prevent it from puffing up
-
Place in the preheated oven, heat up to 200 degrees, then heat down to 200 degrees, for 5 minutes
-
Do not put any oil in the wok. Heat the wok over medium-low heat. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry out the moisture. Also stir-fry the shrimps and squid rings over low heat to remove the moisture.
-
Cut the onions and green peppers into rings, slice the cherry tomatoes horizontally, and cut the bacon into two strips
-
Spread pizza sauce on the pizza crust and sprinkle a little mozzarella
-
Place squid rings and shrimps, sprinkle with a little mozzarella
-
Place onions, green peppers, bacon, remaining squid rings and shrimps, sprinkle mozzarella on top, and top with sliced cherry tomatoes
-
Place the oven at 200 degrees for the upper tube and 200 degrees for the lower tube, and bake for 15 minutes
-
After baking, take it out and open it while hot
