Prepare the main ingredients: oysters and eggs.

Wash the oysters, drain the water, add appropriate amount of pepper, salt, chicken powder and 4 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix well.

Beat in 4 eggs and chopped green onion and mix well.

Heat enough oil in the pan.

Pour in half of the oysters and eggs, turn the pan to spread evenly, and fry until the bottom is golden and the top is half solid

Then flip over and fry until the eggs and oysters are cooked through and golden brown. Fry the remaining half using the same steps.
