Black Bean Claypot Fish Tail
Overview
The big catfish at home was divided into several parts and eaten. I deliberately left the fish tail. Braised fish tail with black beans, very nourishing!

Prepare the ingredients (soak the black beans half a day in advance).

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, put the cleaned fish tails into the pan and fry until both sides are slightly brown.

Blanch the pork bones.

Put all the ingredients in a stew pot, add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water.

Put it into the electric stew pot and simmer for about half a day.

Just add appropriate amount of salt at the end.
