  4. Add oil and sauté the garlic and black bean until fragrant, then add the pickled bamboo shoots and sauté for 1 minute, then add the tomatoes

  5. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, then add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar, stir-fry for another minute and add water

  6. It's better if there is stock, but it doesn't matter if you don't use water. After boiling, cook for a few minutes to release the flavor. Add salt to taste. The soup has a sour and salty taste. I don't add chili pepper because I can't eat spicy food. You can add sour chili pepper and it will taste better
