Ingredients: 100g flour, 4g caster sugar, 3g baking powder, 1g salt, 20g butter, 50g milk, 100g cooked jackfruit core, 30g chopped green onion

Cut the jackfruit core into small pieces and place in a food processor.

Beat until fine.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar and sift into a large bowl.

Add softened butter and knead into coarse powder.

Add minced jackfruit core and chopped green onion, mix well.

Pour in the milk.

Knead into a uniform dough.

Roll it into a thick piece about 1.5-2 cm,

Cut into nine equal parts,
