  7. Fold a quarter of the egg mixture into the batter, using a cutting and pressing technique.

  8. Mix well for the first time, then add a quarter of the egg batter, and mix for the second time using the bottom-turning technique.

  9. After mixing well for the second time, pour in the remaining egg batter, turn over and mix well.
