Cook in one pot
Overview
The weather is getting colder, and I don’t want to fry multiple bowls of vegetables at one meal, as they will become unpalatable if they dry out too quickly. Every late autumn and winter, I like to make this kind of one-pot dishes, which include meat, mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables, and are nutritious. The ingredients are determined according to the amount of the diners. This recipe is for one person (a little too much)
