  2. Shred the carrots and cabbage, and spread the eggs into egg flakes. Soak the dried noodles in warm water until soft and control the water, add a little light soy sauce and cooking oil, mix well and set aside. The cooking oil is anti-stick

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and stir-fry, then add cabbage and stir-fry until soft (the stir-fry time should not be too long as cabbage is easy to cook), add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly (note: the dried powder itself has been stirred with light soy sauce and has a bit of flavor), the saltiness varies from person to person

  4. Pour in the dried noodles and stir-fry evenly with chopsticks (a spatula is not easy to use for fried noodles) for about 2 minutes (you can also taste it to see if it is ready to eat)
