Wash the pork ribs, leaving out the head and tail bones (I use them to make soup)

Cut into pieces

Cut potatoes into cubes

Heat the wok, add oil, add pork ribs and stir-fry

Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and stir-fry until fragrant

Add water, cover, and simmer over medium heat

When simmering until almost half of the juice is left, add the potatoes, stir-fry, and continue simmering.

When harvesting the juice, be careful not to burn it. It is delicious with some juice. Children like to use this juice to make rice.
