  13. Finally, pour the cake batter into the mold, shake it on the counter for a few times to remove bubbles, smooth the surface, and put it into the preheated oven. Heat it up to 150 degrees and lower it to 130 degrees (the heat in my oven is too high) for the middle and lower layers.
