Scrambled eggs with grass seeds

Wash the grass seeds (red flowers) and drain the water.

Cut into segments.

Crack two eggs into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, and a little water to make egg liquid.

Heat oil in a pot, add egg liquid and garlic sprouts, fry until cooked and serve.

Put the pork belly in a pot and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the oil comes out (flowers and herbs are cold in nature, adding some pork will make them more fragrant).

Add the chopped red flowers and stir-fry over high heat until soft.

Add the fried egg cubes, season with appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

The sweet red flowers and fresh eggs make it even more delicious.
