Stir-fried river shrimp with leeks
Overview
River shrimp are rich in nutrients and delicious! It is a delicious dish on the table. After the river shrimps are stir-fried, leeks are added to enhance the flavor. The leeks themselves can remove the fishy smell of the shrimp and bring out the fragrance of the leeks. If you like spicy food, you can also add some millet. The amount varies from person to person.
