Overview

Every year I buy a lot of seaweed. In addition to using it for cooking, soup, and baking, I also use it for breakfast. I like to bake it for breakfast. The roasted seaweed is fragrant and crispy, with a faint smell of the sea and a strong seaweed flavor.
