  7. Take more than half a spoonful of filling and put it into the prepared flour plate. It doesn't matter if it's not round. Apply some flour to your hands and press it. If your hands are covered with flour, don't worry about the filling sticking to your hands. Press it into a round shape and cover it with flour. Slowly lift it up and pour it back and forth with both hands to let the flour stick evenly.

Wait for the oil in the pot to cool down, pour it out, add a little oil at the bottom of the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, water, open the pot and put the fried lion head, simmer for 20 minutes, add vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil, and some coriander if you like coriander.
