Golden Egg Fried Rice
Overview
As its name suggests, golden fried rice is famous for its natural golden color. In fact, it is just a mixture of egg yolk liquid separately mixed into the rice to dye the rice golden yellow. But just this small change makes the overall taste of the rice different.

Prepare leftover rice.

Separate the egg whites and egg yolks and beat the egg yolks into the rice.

Use your hands to spread the egg yolk and rice evenly.

Wash the scallions, cut the white scallions into small pieces, cut the scallion leaves into chopped green onions, and cut the red sausage into cubes and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil is 60% hot, pour in the scallions and stir-fry over low heat until the scallions are fragrant. Remove the scallions.

Pour in the rice and stir-fry over medium heat. You can see that the rice grains are golden brown. Add the chopped green onion and diced red sausage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add a little salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
