Prepare the ingredients, cut the lean meat and fish into thin slices, add vegetable oil, soy sauce, salt, and sugar and marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the eggplant into sections and green onions and set aside.

Chop the marinated fish and lean meat into minced meat.

Make a hole in the middle of the eggplant segment and put the minced meat in it.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Put the eggplant with the meat on it into the oil pan and fry on both sides until the eggplant becomes soft. When the meat is cooked, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed.
