Stir-fried razor clams with onion, ginger and spicy sauce
Overview
I have fried razor clams many times, but never took a picture of them. I took a picture of them today when I had time. They taste very good. We, a family of three, ate it with our hands without using chopsticks at all. It was a bit spicy, but my daughter still ate it and said it was delicious. I am not afraid of spicy food. This plate of seafood was sold out in less than 3 minutes. The flower armor is also fried in this way, but the amount of salt must be controlled.
