We Yimeng Mountain people have been eating pancakes for generations. Every meal without pancakes feels like something is missing and we can never get enough. With the improvement of living standards, pancakes are becoming more and more diversified. They are no longer just pancakes rolled with green onions. Not only are various grains used to make pancakes (corn, sweet potato, sorghum, millet...), but also great efforts are made in the dishes of pancakes. As long as your favorite dishes, meat, eggs, vegetables... can be rolled into pancakes, there is nothing you can't do, only you can't imagine.

Prepare the required ingredients, cut potatoes, carrots, sausages and green onions into shreds and set aside
