Fried radish meatballs
Overview
Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer without a doctor’s prescription. It’s the season of eating radish again, so make simple fried radish balls, which are nutritious and delicious.

Cut the green radish and carrot into shreds respectively, add salt to remove the moisture, and simply cut a few times.

Break in two eggs.

Add chopped green onion.

Add salt.

Add fried powder.

Appropriate amount of water.

Stir into a paste, fry in oil pan until golden and take out (I forgot to take a picture of the step of entering the oil pan).

Drain the oil and serve on a plate.

Very fragrant, have one while it's hot.
