Red Curry Tofu
Overview
I made coffee chicken wings and finished enjoying them. There was a lot of juice left, so I had no reason to throw them away, so I thought of tofu, fried the tofu, and spread it with fragrant curry sauce. It was so good. However, some friends may not have seen the curry chicken wings post I wrote earlier, so just think of making it again.

Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides;

Open another pot over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of red curry, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and stir-fry for a while;

Add 2 tsp of fried flour, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/4 tsp of instant coffee, 2 tsp of sugar, 2 tsp of light soy sauce and 1/2 tsp of salt, taste test, and turn up to medium heat;

Cook the juice until it bubbles;

Pour in the tofu and mix well.
