Fried shredded chicken with black pepper and onion
Overview
The focus of this fried shredded chicken dish is the black pepper flavor. In order to highlight this flavor, very few other seasonings are added, and no soy sauce is added to maintain the color of the shredded chicken itself, thereby highlighting the black pepper both visually and tastefully.

Two pieces of chicken breast
