Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine bucket and start the dough mixing process

After forming a dough, add chopped butter and continue kneading until complete

I still use a bread machine to basically ferment for 45 minutes

Ferment until doubled

Take out the dough, flatten it to deflate, divide it into 6 equal parts, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes

Take a flattened ball and roll it into a big bag and put the bean paste filling

A total of 3 bean paste-flavored ones were wrapped, with sesame seeds sprinkled on the surface, and the other 3 were not wrapped

Place 6 small dough embryos spaced apart into a 6-inch hollow mold

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation. Mine passed the fermentation

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle more sesame seeds on the dough

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, covering with tin foil

After cooling slightly, remove from the mold

After cooling completely, cut vertically in the middle of 3 unfilled buns without cutting, then insert lettuce leaves, ham slices and cheese slices
