Slap the cucumber with the back of a knife until it becomes soft.

Beat soft cucumber and cut into chunks.

Prepare cucumber cubes, cooking oil, shredded carrots and onions, and minced garlic.

Prepare crushed peanuts.

Add a small amount of oil to the wok, add the onion strips and carrot shreds to the pan and stir-fry lightly. (Carrots contain vitamin A, which can be better absorbed by the body after being fried in oil. The onions are fried because they can act like onions and have a very fragrant flavor after frying)

In a small bowl, add sugar, balsamic vinegar, appropriate amount of salt (don't add too much, taste it after dressing up, add more salt if it's not salty enough), very fresh soy sauce (traveled thousands of miles to the United States, because the soy sauce in Asian supermarkets is very salty and not fragrant), sesame oil, oyster sauce, crushed chili oil (I will make a tutorial on crushed chili oil in a few days).

Add the sauce in the mixing bowl to the cucumber, carrot and onion shreds, and sprinkle the peanuts on top.
