I once ate it in a Korean restaurant and tried to make it myself. Needless to say, it was really like that!

Steps

  1. Seafood cakes, as the name suggests, just use the seafood you like. I chose shrimp crawlers (scientific name is "mantis shrimp", also called crawling shrimps) and sea shrimps. Add the seafood to the boiling water in the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour cold water, peel out the shrimp meat and set aside.

  2. After peeling the shrimp, the total amount is almost half a small bowl.

  3. Cut into pieces about one centimeter.

  4. Cut the scallions into sections. Beat an egg into the flour, add water and stir to form a paste, then add chopped seafood and green onions. Add appropriate amount of salt and a little sugar (to enhance freshness) and continue to stir evenly.

  5. Preheat the electric baking pan with vegetable oil, pour in the batter, and spread it evenly. Fasten the lid (no need to heat the lid)

  6. After about three minutes, turn over, close the lid, and continue frying

  7. After another three to five minutes, both sides will be golden brown~~
