Fancy Potatoes
Overview
You’ve heard of flowery radish, but have you heard of flowery potato? Haha. . Today I made a fancy potato dish. I only thought of doing this when I was about to stir-fry. Usually potatoes are fried. After frying and frying, I don’t even know how to fry. No intention at all. So I thought of doing this. A little different from what I imagined. It's even more beautiful than I imagined.

Wash and peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Then slice. Wash and drain

Cut ginger into foam. Cut red pepper into rings.

Boil water in a pot and put potatoes in it.

After boiling, reduce heat and simmer until cooked through.

When cooked, take it out and put it on a plate.

When the water in the pot is gone, put the red pepper rings in and cook them, then remove them and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan.

(I forgot to take a picture of the lean meat) Cut the lean meat into cubes, add cooking wine starch and marinate for 10 minutes. Heat the pan, add oil and fry until it changes color.

Remove the lean meat until it changes color and set aside.

Add the base oil and sauté the ginger until fragrant.

Add oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, soybean paste, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Put the lean meat over and coat with seasonings.

Then place in the center of the plate.

Finally, place the red pepper rings on top. Sprinkle chopped green onion in the middle.
