Cut the mutton into strips, soak in white wine for fifteen minutes to remove the fishy smell, add green onion, ginger and pepper when the oil is hot and smoking.

Add chopped green and red peppers and onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the ingredients until cooked and then add the marinated mutton.

Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper and chili powder, and appropriate amount of water and stir-fry until it changes color and becomes fragrant.

When you're done, remove from the pot and add mint to a plate.
