Braised rice with potato and meat slices
Overview
Potatoes and meat slices are stewed together on rice. It is both meat and vegetable and super delicious. It is suitable for office workers!

Dice the potatoes.

Dice red pepper.

Slice the meat.

Fry the meat slices until they change colour.

Serve out and set aside.

Sauté the diced potatoes until translucent.

Release the water.

Add diced potatoes.

Put the meat slices, add appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, and light soy sauce.

Don't uncover the rice immediately when it's cooked, let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Ripe.

Add red pepper and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Stir evenly and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
