Fried radish pancake
Overview
From one radish, half was made into soup and half was made into shredded radish pancakes.

Grate the radish into shreds, the thinner the better. Add salt to remove moisture from radish.

Punch the radish shreds dry, add chopped green onion and dried shrimps.

Add flour, eggs, salt, sugar, chicken essence and pepper and mix well.

Just make sure the batter can coat the shredded radish.

Scoop a spoonful of batter, I use an egg separator so that the size is more even.

When the oil in the pan is hot, add the batter.

Fry both sides until browned. When frying, press it with a spatula to press out the paste inside and heat it evenly.

Plate.
