Stir-fried Udon Noodles with Spicy Cabbage

Although I don't like noodles that much, I think the fried noodles are quite delicious.

Prepare materials

Chop the bacon into thin slices and chop the spicy cabbage

Cut mushrooms into small slices; peel and shred carrots; shred green peppers

Boil udon noodles in boiling water for a few minutes, take them out, add some oil and mix well and set aside

Fry the bacon in the pan until browned, then serve out

Add a little more oil, add the mushrooms and fry until soft

Add carrots, green peppers, spicy cabbage, add soy sauce and stir-fry
