Natural flavor potato cake
Overview
I have always liked snacks such as potato pancakes. Today I made tomato-flavored potato pancakes. The taste is not so greasy, with a little sweet and sour taste. It is very appetizing. I made a lot of them and my younger brothers and sisters ate them all in one go. It was delicious.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in the pressure cooker for about 10 minutes.

When the potatoes are cooked, take them out, peel them and use a large spoon to mash them.

A little salt and soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste (if there is no tomato paste, you can use tomatoes instead, just peel the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, use about half a tomato), and 50g of milk.

After the pan is hot, add more cooking oil, use a spoon to make shapes, place them one by one, use medium heat, shake back and forth to cook evenly. (I was too impatient and a little burned)
