Steamed Egg with Minced Pork
Overview
When I was young and working, I would often use a rice box with meat sauce as the base, and beat two eggs on top. The workplace had a large steamer for use. At that time, this was a very delicious dish, and the bibimbap was very delicious. There was a slight improvement today, adding diced winter melon. Not only is it delicious, it also has a little more fragrance. If you don't want to cook other dishes, it also makes up for the monotony of not having vegetables.
