Lamb stewed with potatoes

In autumn, the weather turns cooler. Therefore, it is very beneficial to eat more mutton that warms the body. There are countless ways to eat mutton. Today I cooked and stewed it with potatoes and mutton. Popular home-cooked dishes that everyone will enjoy.

Cut the mutton into cubes, about 1.5cm square.

Boil water in a wok, add a tablespoon of cooking wine, add mutton cubes, and remove after the water boils.

Control the moisture.

Peel and wash potatoes.

Just break it into large pieces with a knife.

Onions, ginger, aniseed peppercorns, and dried chilies are ready.

Heat oil in a wok and fry peppercorns and aniseed until fragrant.

Add mutton pieces and stir-fry.

Pour in about 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Fry until coloured.

Add water, along with onions, ginger and chilies. Cover, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add potato cubes and salt. Cover and simmer for about half an hour.

After half an hour, the soup will be dry. Add some chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pot.
