Stir-fried pork skin with leeks

This is a dish made from waste. I usually save a lot of skin from the meat I buy for cooking, so I can’t waste it. Make this as a side dish.

Wash the pork skin, cook and set aside.

Cooked pork skin, remove fat. Cut into shreds and set aside.

Wash the leeks, cut into sections and set aside.

Heat oil, add chopped green onions and dried chilies to the pot.

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, and water. Add the meat skin and cook.

Fry the meat skin until it becomes fragrant, add the leek segments and stir-fry evenly.
