The first time I ate this meat floss roll was about 10 years ago. The softness and deliciousness of the roll make me miss it to this day. After playing with baking, I tried making it once, but I gave it up without success. After being tried by Changdi, the grass grew like crazy.   1. .Prepare the ingredients.

  3. Add all the ingredients for the main dough except butter in a bread machine and knead for 30 minutes. Add butter and knead for another 15 minutes until it rises to about doubled in size.

  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked sesame seeds.

  6. After preheating the oven to 180 degrees, heat the middle layer up and down for about 15 minutes.

  7. Let cool and make a few cuts on the back.
