Overview
Salmon is one of the rare fishes in the world. It has few scales and small spines, orange-red flesh color, tender and delicious meat, and smooth taste. It can be eaten raw or cooked into dishes. It is a fish that is loved by people. My mother-in-law has never had a good impression of salmon. She thinks it is horrible to eat this kind of fish raw.
